We started outside, with no building to speak of, two classes, 20 members and 10 pieces of equipment. Eight years later, we have 400+ members, 24 classes and too much equipment to count.
And we owe it all to you!
So we’re starting this blog to give back to you! We want to share fitness knowledge, nutrition information, and anything else that will make your life better, improve your health, and get you through to your next workout.
Our blog will be published three times a month on Tuesdays. The first Tuesday will cover nutrition tips and healthy recipes, the second Tuesday will cover workout/exercise tips, and the third Tuesday will cover miscellaneous, fun, real-life tidbits.
