For your convenience, we offer 4 types of monthly memberships.

  • Monthly for One class per week is $55 plus tax.
  • Monthly for Two days a week is $83 plus tax.
  • Monthly for Three days a week is $109 plus tax.
  • Monthly for Unlimited classes per week is $129 plus tax.

All monthly memberships begin on the 1st of every month and end on the last day of the month.  If you wish to join mid-month, send us a message via our CONTACT US page and we will call or email you and help you get set up with a prorated cost.

Our Beginner Bootcamp follows our normal class format, just done with lower impact and a little slower tempo and less time per exercise.  The Beginner class meets three times per week to enhance your initial conditioning level.

Fitness Bootcamp is a fun, fast tempo, results-driven conditioning class. We take a multi-disciplinary approach to enhance your level of fitness. Whether you are looking to improve your endurance, strength or shape this class does it all.  Our progressive and innovative approach to exercise make this class fun and effective.

TRX Suspension Training program leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to enable hundreds of exercises for every level of fitness.  It develops strength, balance, flexibility, and tremendous core stability simultaneously.  This workout will give you a fast, effective total body workout that benefits people of ALL fitness levels.
