TRX Trainer : 1 Year

I earned a degree in Exercise Science from Ball State University.  I’m also certified in TRX Suspension Training.  I took a break from working in fitness to chase after my 3 very active and busy children but now I’m back to share my energy and enthusiasm.  I started as a participant at Bootcamp Santa Fe 4 years ago and quickly became addicted to their positive energy and support.  It is the kind of community that nourishes every fitness level; helping everyone work hard and succeed.  I love this attitude and being part of this atmosphere.  I strive to bring that same energy to my classes.

Frank has 18 years of Fitness experience and is the owner of Bulldog Gym Personal Training. Frank has instructed many fitness classes throughout Santa Fe such as Spinning, Cycle Circuit, Core Conditioning and now Fitness Bootcamp. He has a Bachelors degree in Human Performance & Sport from New Mexico Highlands University and an Associate of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from Santa Fe Community College.  Frank is also a NSCA Certified Personal Trainer and serves on the Exercise Science Advisory Board for Santa Fe Community College. Joey has six years of exercise instruction experience and has been instructor at Fitness Bootcamp for 5 years.  He also works as a Personal Trainer at Bulldog Gym and is a certified Fitness Instructor with NASM.  In Joey’s personal time, he enjoys a wide variety of sports and outdoor activities such as, football, running, biking, hiking, skiing, golf, and tennis. He also loves to spend time with his soon to be wife and 3 year old daughter. Bootcamp Classes: T/TH 6:00 am
Ben is a Master Electrician by day and motivating Bootcamp instructor by night.  He has worked for Fitness Bootcamp for 4 years and in Ben’s spare time he enjoys staying in shape by mountain and road biking, taking Bootcamp classes and strength training. Bootcamp Classes: M/W 6:00 am, 4:15 pm & 5:30 pm
